Axel Planning connector (beta)
Added read-only connector for Axel Planning suite. Supports transaction history, open order feed, and location transfer events. Beta access available on Growth and Scale plans. See Integrations for setup guide.
Forecast horizon extended to 8 weeks on Scale plan
Scale plan customers now receive an 8-week demand forecast horizon, up from 6 weeks. Starter and Growth remain at 6 weeks. The extended horizon uses the same per-SKU-location model with additional confidence interval widening past the 6-week mark.
Reorder recommendation endpoint (API)
New GET /v1/reorder-recommendations endpoint returns ranked reorder suggestions per SKU-location pair, including suggested quantity, current days-on-hand estimate, and lead-time window. Available on Growth and Scale plans. Full API reference in the Platform docs.
Orion ERP connector: support for multi-entity configurations
Orion connector now handles multi-entity Orion installations where transaction records are split across entity schemas. Previously, entity-separated installations required a separate integration per entity. This update consolidates them under one credential set with an entity filter parameter.
Intermittent demand model: accuracy improvement on slow-moving SKUs
Addressed a bias in the intermittent demand model that was systematically over-forecasting slow-moving SKUs with long gaps between sales events. Retroactively retrained all affected SKU-location models. Customers running pilot programs in the slow-mover segment will see updated forecast values starting the week of March 23.
Slack alert integration
Growth and Scale customers can now route stockout and overstock alerts directly to Slack channels via webhook. Configuration is in the Integrations settings panel. Supports per-channel routing by alert severity and SKU group. Webhook format is also compatible with Teams and Zapier.
Planner dashboard: weekly digest view
Added a weekly digest view to the planner dashboard that groups all SKU-level alerts and recommendations into a single prioritized list, sorted by days-to-stockout ascending. The digest is also delivered via email every Monday morning at 6 AM local time. Replaces the per-SKU notification list for Growth and Scale customers.
Initial public release: Starter and Growth plans
Routeharvest is live. Starter (up to 500 SKUs, 2 locations, daily forecasts) and Growth (up to 5,000 SKUs, 10 locations, hourly sync, API access) plans are now available with a 14-day free trial. Supported connectors at launch: Orion ERP, Nexbridge WMS, Cadence ERP. Scale plan available by direct arrangement.
